Alright, friends. Today’s post is a very HONEST post and I hope you can relate! Here’s the truth: there isn’t always time to take a full-on shower, time to fix your hair, or even do your entire makeup routine after going to the gym. As in….I need to transform in 5 minutes and be acceptable when I go to work! Ya know what I mean??? Please tell me I’m not the only one. And please keep coming to my blog! 🙂 In light of such a sad truth, I’ve decided to share my go-to 5-Minute Post-Gym Routine for those emergency no-time-to-shower kinda days!
It’s basically the best thing since sliced bread. A TRUE transformation from sweaty mess to so fresh so clean! Granted, this is assuming you’re not, like, DRIPPING AND DRENCHED in sweat. That’s a problem only water and soap can fix. Sorry, friend. But I’m talking about the typical workout here!
It’s also important to be sure to consider buying natural products when it comes to your skin. If you take the time to buy organic, why not focus on putting the right stuff on your skin? Be sure to keep that in mind as you load up your gym bag for this routine!
Here’s what you need to keep in your gym bag for a 5-Minute Post-Gym Routine:
1.) Tom’s of Maine Natural Deodorant
I’ve tried this deodorant for a couple of weeks now and LOVE it, y’all! It’s free of aluminum, artificial preservatives, artificial fragrances, and petrochemicals. There are also no animal ingredients and/or testing. Coming from someone who’s always used “regular” deodorant, it’s so great to finally have found one that’s effective and natural. Check out Tom’s of Maine Natural Deodorant HERE and watch the video below to learn more about it!
2.) Clean Towels
3.) Dry Shampoo
4.) Body Spray
5.) Face Wipes
6.) Small Makeup Kit
7.) Hair bands, fade clippers and bobby pins
8.) Fresh clothes
Here’s the rundown: Dry off, body spray away, put on fresh clothes, dry shampoo hair, use face wipes (or wash face), add your super quick and easy makeup routine, throw your hair up in a bun (or however), and you’re ready to go!

True words “there isn’t always time to take a full-on shower, time to fix your hair, or even do your entire makeup routine after going to the gym”. That is why I prefer to workout after schedule. Even though I am very tired at the beginning, I return home with fresh strengths, it gives me energy.

Definitely! I go back and forth between working out in the morning and in the evening, just depending on what’s going on that day, so I totally get that!
