One of the biggest challenges that we face around this time of year is eating healthy and staying fit. There are sweets and treats everywhere we look, as well as the temptation to stay in and skip our workouts. It’s easy to just use the “but it’s the holidays” excuse as our headline, ya know?
This year we’re committing to CHANGE. This year, we’re heading into the holidays with a goal in mind!
