Because it doesn’t get much easier than slow cooker style! I have truly become a slow cooker fanatic since Cody and I got married. I don’t know why I never tried it before, but it has changed. my. life. If you don’t have a slow cooker, this is the one I have, and it’s THE BEST! It’s so great for making….well…Chili Lime Beef Tacos! Or Barbecue Salmon and Quinoa, or Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup….soooooo many options, friends!
But let’s get back to these tacos, people. Savory, spicy, sour, and sweet! SO many flavors. If I could, I would totally give you a taste sample via internet. Because you NEED these in your life (trust me)! Unfortunately, technology just isn’t there yet. But when it is, can I get credit for the idea???
