One of my favorite things about summer is summer fruit! There are so many delicious options during this time of year. In today’s post, we’re taking it up a notch with a Summer Fruit Tray & Yogurt Dip!
Cody and I recently moved into our new house, and one thing I’m particularly excited about is our new backyard! Coming from the apartment life, this is something neither of us had in awhile. Specifically, we have a deck surrounded by string lights that’s just begging me to add a wood picnic table and invite friends over! Ya know?
Those move-in feels are the best. It’s like a blank canvas and a fresh start! I love those first moments of envisioning how to set up the new place. Stay tuned to my personal Insta stories to see our #EdnaTheHouse progress! (Yes, Cody insisted that we name the house Edna. He names EVERYTHING.)
I especially can’t wait until we have things unpacked and are able to have gatherings. So fun!
This Summer Fruit Tray & Yogurt Dip is PERFECT for having friends over!
Let’s just talk about how EASY this thing is, y’all. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Pineapple
- Watermelon
- Cantaloupe
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Dannon single serve cups
- Honey (optional)
As far as the fruit goes, I’m a big fan of buying pre-cut fruit to save time and energy. However, cutting up the fruit doesn’t take a long time, either! I like cutting it all into small, snack-size cubes. Perfect for dipping into creamy, sweet, wholesome Dannon® single serve cups!
Have you guys had Dannon single serve cups? I’ve always loved them for breakfast, but I’m really obsessing over using them as a delicious yogurt dip right now! I buy them at Walmart and end up buying a different flavor every time (because OPTIONS). In this case, I used the Oikos® vanilla and the Oikos® Triple Zero strawberry flavors! Delicious!
Initially, I was going to add honey and maybe a few other ingredients to this yogurt dip recipe. But when I tried dipping fruit straight into the yogurt, I realized it was sweet and creamy enough on it’s own! You can make these yogurt dip single cups with added honey if desired, but they’re pretty delicious on their own!
If you want to try out these Dannon single serve cups, be sure to grab this coupon and head over to Walmart to try out the different flavors!
