How to Make Cilantro Lime Sauce
There are two methods for making this Cilantro Lime Sauce:
Method #1 – Mix Together
Place the plain yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, finely chopped cilantro leaves, and salt/pepper (to taste) in a salad shaker or bowl. Shake or whisk together!
Method #2 – Blend
Place the plain yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, finely chopped cilantro leaves, and salt/pepper (to taste) in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
