With the warmer weather fully in place, tasty salads are a must! This easy Lemon Vinaigrette is a classic and perfect for keeping on hand for quick, lunchtime salads, sandwiches, and roasted veggies. The possibilities are endless and this recipe is too easy not to make!

How to make this easy classic lemon vinaigrette

You’ll need 4 basic ingredients for this recipe:

  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Agave or Honey

Simply whisk the ingredients together, add in salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! Another option is to combine all of the ingredients in a dressing shaker (we LOVE this one!) and simply shake to mix.

How long can lemon vinaigrette keep?

This classic lemon vinaigrette recipe can last for up to a week in the refrigerator! While it does not need to be refrigerated, the refrigerator can help it last a little bit longer. Store in a dressing shaker or airtight bottle for easy use!

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon, juiced ((or about 1/3 cup lemon juice))
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (or honey)
  • sat/pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Mix in salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
