Watch this video to see how easy it is to make this Maple Apple Spice Gluten Free Granola recipe!
For the record, it’s pretty hot here in Oklahoma this week. I can’t say I’m a fan, being that it’s nearly the OFFICIAL start of fall in just a few days. Thankfully, the forecast is predicting an ever-so-slight decrease in temps this coming week, and hey! I’ll take what I can get.
My taste buds, however, couldn’t handle waiting for fall any longer. So here we are at this Maple Apple Spice Gluten Free Granola! Because ALL the apple spice things, y’all. It’s life-giving, I tell ya. (Pssst, this would be a great time to check out this recipe for Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats!)
Want to know how to make your home smell like fall? This Maple Apple Spice Gluten Free Granola will do the trick!
Seriously, though. You know the age-old put an apple pie in the oven when friends are coming over trick? This recipe is doing the same thing! And even bigger win, it’s gluten-free and healthy. I’ll definitely be making this every time we have guests this fall season!
And since granola is a staple in our household, it makes sense to keep this Maple Apple Spice Gluten Free Granola on hand! Throw it on some granola & yogurt bowls, and you’ve got a great breakfast and/or snack! Or just eat it straight up. Any way you want! There’s no judgement here (seeing as I ate nearly a third of it in the making of this recipe…..).
So how do you make this Maple Apple Spice Gluten Free Granola? It’s SO easy!
You’ll need rolled oats, maple syrup, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, honey (or agave), and ground flaxseed. I also really like adding this gluten free cereal to add a crunchy texture to the granola!
Simply mix all of the ingredients together, pour on to a baking sheet, and bake. Crunchy, sweet, fall granola ready to devour!
