Watch how to make these Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats!
Fall is officially upon us! Even though it has technically been official for about a week or so, it was pretty warm here in Oklahoma last week. Last night a cold front came in, so it’s finally starting to feel and look like fall here!
And thank goodness, because I’ve been feeling all the fall feels since the first day of September. Bring on ALL the fall recipes!
Like these delicious Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats that I can’t seem to get enough of. They only take about 5 minutes to make and last in the fridge for a couple of days! I made a big batch of these the other day (like 6 servings worth), and they were devoured by the next morning. Breakfast, dessert, snack….they’re just AMAZINGGGGG, y’all!
This Maple Cinnamon Pecan Overnight Oats recipe is a variation of the Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats recipe, but contains a secret, amazing, life-changing ingredient….
Ok, not so secret because I’m about to tell you what it is. But secret to anyone else who asks because I can guarantee that their exact reaction to trying these overnight oats will be “what’s IN this???”. Insert all the shocked face and heart eyes emojis possible!
Ready for this??
The secret, not-so-secret ingredient is kefir! Nancy’s Yogurt Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir, to be exact. Why? It’s loaded (and I mean billions-loaded) with live probiotics. It’s creamy, sweetened with organic agave nectar, and made with local, organic whole-milk from pasture-raised cows. I mean, C’MON!
Replace the almond milk in overnight oat’s recipes with this kefir, and you’re in for the ultimate creamy, sweet, all-the-fall-things overnight oats journey of your life! I won’t be mad if you decide to use Nancy’s Yogurt Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir in my Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats, Mocha Latte Overnight Oats, and Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats recipes from now on. I won’t be mad at all.

Renee Gardner says:
Love overnight oats made with keifer!! I haven’t seen Nancy’s brand, but I’ll keep a look out for it. Is your version really sweet? I don’t do artificial sweeteners, but I’m not sure it would really need it with the maple syrup. How sweet is the end result?
Christine McMichael replied:
Me too, Renee! I’m really loving Nancy’s brand, it’s SO good. I would say it’s fairly sweet and that you could leave out the stevia! And if it isn’t sweet enough, you can always add a little bit of extra maple syrup. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
Erin @ The Speckled Palate says:

Thanks so much, Erin! 🙂
