Raise your hand if you’re LOVING fall right now? 🙋🏻 Fall is seriously one of my favorite seasons, and the warm, cozy recipes (Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats or Mini Pumpkin Pies, anyone?) that come with it are the best.
But something that I really love around this time of year are fall drinks! Especially cold coffee drinks, like this Maple Pecan Pie Latte! Because all the fall feels, ya know? 😉
This Maple Pecan Pie Latte is sweet, creamy, and perfect for a delicious fall cold coffee drink!
Now, when I say “latte”, I don’t mean that in the traditional sense. I mean Folgers® Classic Roast brewed to perfection, refrigerated, and blended with dairy-free milk, pecans, maple syrup, cashew butter (<—–YESSSS, trust me on this one!), and delicious Silk® Almond Coffee Creamer!
Folgers® has been around in my family for years, so I was super excited when I found this large can of Folgers® Classic Roast at Target! Aside from being happily distracted with all of the holiday home and decor inspiration (ALWAYS), it really took me down memory lane. Still to this day, my grandparents drink Folgers® Classic Roast every single morning. As I was brewing it for this Maple Pecan Pie Latte cold coffee drink, it instantly took me back to my childhood years with them and every time they’ve visited!
And then to combine it with the goodness of Silk® Almond Coffee Creamers + the added creaminess from the cashew butter? OMG HEAVEN. So good, y’all!

This Maple Pecan Pie Latte (Cold Coffee Drink) is so easy to make!
Like, the easiest ever! Aside from refrigerating the coffee and freezing the milk, this recipe takes mayyyyyybe 5 minutes. So amazing! Simply blend all of the ingredients, pour, and top with whatever your heart desires! In this case, a little bit of cinnamon on top sounded just right. 👌🏻
P.S: You can also make this Maple Pecan Pie Latte into a warm coffee drink! Just heat up the milk and creamer, brew the coffee, and blend everything together. So cozy and delicious!

Have you tried this with nut & seed butter, as opposed to just cashew butter?

No I haven’t! I’ll have to try it out soon, though!

I love the use of cashew butter in this recipe. I bet it makes a nice rich latte. Maple is on of my favorite flavors and I always want to try a drink when I see it as an ingredient!
