These Peanut Butter Cookie Overnight Oats are so easy to make and perfect for taking on-the-go!
One thing I really love about the recipes in A Month Of Healthy Eats is how easy and simple they are to make. Including these oats! They only take about 5 minutes to make. After that you just throw ’em in the fridge overnight and they’re ready to go in the morning! I made these in a bowl, but I also love making them in mason jars if I know that I’ll be taking them with me on-the-go.
Want to take them to the next level? Top them off with your fave fruit, nuts, and granola! Bananas, apples, blueberries, and goji berries are some of my personal favorites with this recipe 🙂
Here’s the recipe for Peanut Butter Cookie Overnight Oats:
Peanut Butter Cookie Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- Mix everything together in mason jars.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Add optional toppings of choice and enjoy in the morning!
