You guys KNOW my pizza addiction. Mostly a problem, but the best problem ever. I’m pretty much 100% always craving pizza! If I didn’t care about nutrition at all, I could literally eat pizza every night for dinner. I’m gonna need my fellow pizza-crazy healthy eaters to say hi! Tell me I’m not the only one?
Thankfully, these pita bread pizzas are better-for-you, less calories, and still completely delicious (dare I say more than regular pizza?!?!). And and and and they only take 10 minutes to make!!! Yeah. Go ahead and have a dance party, girl. That’s worth celebrating. Similar to the 10-Minute Margherita Pita Bread Pizzas, all you have to do is slice a few veggies, top some pita bread with delicious cheesy goodness, add pretty much anything else you want, and bake it for 10 minutes. The possibilities, y’all!
In other words, if you fit this description: the busy girl that doesn’t have time to cook and by the time you get home all you want is carbolicious pizza but you’re trying to stay healthy and stick to a nutrition plan. If you are ALL of that (as am I….), these little pita bread pizzas are for you! And anyway, just look at this goodness….
…this amazing, amazing, amazing melt-in-your-mouth cheesy stringy GET IN MY FACE RIGHT NOW situation. SO good.

I would love to eat this pizza when it’s raining, I don’t why but it looks so delicious with crunching bread that I’d love to just sit down and enjoy it slowly watching the rain.
