Bake the mahi-mahi fillets with lime juice and seasoning. Make sure to place the fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or cast iron skillet!
Mix the cream sauce
While the fish is baking, mix the cream sauce together.
Heat the tortillas
Heat up the tortillas on the stove top over medium-high heat (this is my favorite method) or in the microwave.
Layer the fish tacos
Top each tortilla with baked mahi-mahi, toppings, and the cream sauce!
