Chile Relleno Casserole

Roast the peppers.

Let rest in a covered bowl.

Make the sauce.

Peel peppers and remove seeds.Fill the peppers.

Fold each pepper.

Add some sauce to casserole dish. Add the stuffed peppers.

Add breadcrumbs and other toppings. Then bake.

Serve & enjoy!
