Chili Lime Vegan Shrimp Bowls

Gather your ingredients.

Cut the mushrooms. Prepare the marinade and cook the mushrooms.

Saute the frozen corn in a large skillet. Serve the corn with cooked vegan “shrimp” over cooked rice, diced tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.

Drizzle with the prepared sauce.
