Creamy Lemon Kale  Pesto Gnocchi

Gather your ingredients.

Cook the gnocchi and set aside.

Whisk the pesto, lemon juice, milk, salt, and  pepper.

Add the parmesan and cooked potato gnocchi to the pesto sauce.

Remove from heat, and add toppings of choice.
