Dark Chocolate Breakfast Protein Oats

Bring the liquid ingredients to a simmer. Add in the rolled oats and cocoa powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the chia seeds. Cook for 1-2 min. Remove from heat & add  your favorite toppings.
