Gingerbread Cookie Protein Bites
Gather your ingredients.
Mix almond butter, maple syrup, oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, and gingerbread spice together.
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Freeze for about 10-15 minutes to set. Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
Dip each ball in the white chocolate mixture and top with cinnamon.
Freeze again, serve, and enjoy!
