Gluten-Free Chicken & Dumplings

Gather your ingredients.

Saute the vegetables  in a stock pot.

Add in the rest of the soup ingredients and bring to a boil.

Mix together the dumplings batter in a large bowl.

Scoop the dough mixture into the soup. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
