Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake W/TahiniĀ  Chocolate Icing

Gather your ingredients.

Whisk together all wet ingredients.

Sift the flour right into the mixing bowl along with all dry ingredients. Whisk until you get a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the prepared pans. Then bake.

Cream the butter and tahini for 2-3 minutes to make the frosting. Beat in the cocoa and salt. Slowly mix the powdered sugar.

Frost the cake, using about 1 cup of frosting for each layer. Use the rest around the cake.

Decorate as desired.
