Gluten-Free  Funfetti Cake

Gather your ingredients.

Mix the liquid ingredients.

Add in the dry ingredients and fold in the sprinkles.

Pour into two 8-inch or 9-inch round cake pans lined with parchment paper.

Bake & let cool.

Mix the frosting ingredients together and frost the cake. Add sprinkles!
