Gluten-Free  Pumpkin Bars

Whisk liquid ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Add the dry ingredients on top.

Lightly mix the dry ingredients together, then fold into the liquid ingredients.

Pour the batter into an 8×8″ (or 9×9″) baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake.

Prepare the icing then spread the icing over the cooled pumpkin cake, then cut into bars.
