Greek Chicken Kabobs w/ Tzatziki Sauce
Gather your ingredients for the kabobs.
Gather your ingredients for the sauce.
Whisk together lemon juice, zest, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, mustard, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add to cubed chicken.
Whisk together all ingredients for the tzatziki sauce. Drizzle the veggies with olive oil.
Thread a bell pepper, onion, and two pieces of chicken on a skewer and repeat.
Grill for about 8-12 minutes, rotating the skewers halfway through.
Serve with fresh parsley and the tzatziki sauce.
