Meal Prep Breakfast Egg Bagels

Whisk eggs, spinach, bell peppers, and seasoning together.

Bake the egg mixture in an 8″x10″ or 9″x9″ baking pan. Slice and toast the bagels.

Cut the baked egg mixture into 4 slices with a spatula and place each one on a bagel.

Add cheese, greens, sauces, and anything else you want!
