Mini Apple Pies (Gluten-Free)

Place dry ingredients for pie crust in a food processor.

Add cold butter (cubed).

Pulse until the dough forms. Chill the dough.

Mix the ingredients for the apple pie filling together.

Roll out the pie dough and cut circles out.

Press the pie crust into each muffin tin cavity and fill with apple pie filling.

Add a lattice top (optional).

Bake, let cool, and enjoy!
