Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Goat Cheese

Gather your ingredients.

Cut the Brussels Sprouts into halves, then place in a casserole dish.

Top with slices of butter and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

 Toss to evenly coat the Brussels sprouts. Roast for another 20-25 minutes.

Let cool and sprinkle crumbled goat cheese, cranberries, and walnuts over everything!
