Strawberry Protein Pop Tarts

Whisk the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.

Form it into a ball. Roll out the dough on parchment paper.

Cut it into 8 squares.

Fill the center of each tart with 1-2 Tablespoons of jam.

Top it with another square and use a greased and floured fork to seal the edges.

Bake, let cool, & add frosting.
