Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken or frozen fajita chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fajita veggies
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 4 Tbsp Avocado Lime Dressing (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat up the chicken in a pan over medium heat. Once the chicken is hot, place on the tortillas.
  • Next, heat up the fajita veggies until softened. Place on tortillas. 
  • Top each tortilla with fresh cilantro and the optional Avocado Lime Dressing. Serve and enjoy!
