cherry plums

arugula/spinach mix

Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to directions.
While the quinoa is cooking, slice the cherry plums and grape tomatoes into halves. Chop the lettuce (optional) and combine all of the ingredients.
Add the quinoa.
Serve and enjoy!
