Delicious, sweet, fluffy, and wholesome healthy french toast glazed with a little bit of syrup and a summery peach compote.

French Toast:
- Recipe for healthy French Toast
Peach Chia Seed Compote:
- 1 cups frozen peach slices
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Create the French Toast recipe.
Once the french toast is created, heat the peach slices over medium heat until they completely thaw.
Add the syrup and turn heat to high, until syrup begins to slightly boil.
Add vanilla. Continue cooking, mashing the peach slices a little bit.
Remove from heat, stir, and add chia seeds.
Serve over french toast and enjoy!
