  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 packet stevia
  • pinch of salt


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Oil the waffle maker using coconut oil (or this spray coconut oil).
  • Cook until lightly brown, serve or freeze and enjoy!
