Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 4 packets stevia
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together (except for the coconut sugar and 1/2 cup blueberries).
  • Pour into a pan and top the mixture with the remaining blueberries and coconut sugar.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy, or store for later!
