These Healthy Rice Krispie Treats are perfect for the entire family! No marshmallow or baking required. Make these gluten-free treats with just 4 ingredients and in 10 minutes prep time!
Mix the cereal, cashew butter, honey, vanilla, and sprinkles (or mix-in of choice) together until evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Flatten evenly with a spatula.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
While these Healthy Rice Krispie Treats are birthday cake flavored/inspired and include sprinkles, feel free to use any mix-ins you want. Chocolate chips, walnuts, or dried fruit work great, too!
To ensure that the bars aren't too soft, use a cashew butter that's thick and doesn't have too much oil separation. However, any nut butter of choice will work in this recipe!
