No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Pie

No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Pie Crust
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup raspberries optional
- 1 Tbsp crushed pistachios optional
Lightly blend the flour, coconut oil, agave, vanilla, cocoa powder, and salt together in a food processor.
Mash the pie crust down on a pie pan.
For the filling, blend the banana, coconut oil, nut butter, vanilla, and coconut milk together.
Pour the filling into the crust and set in the freezer for about 2 hours before serving.
Top with optional toppings, serve, and enjoy!
