Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Chocolate Protein Pancakes! Loaded with superfoods, protein, fruit, eggs, and rolled oats. They also happen to be gluten and dairy free!
Servings 7 Small Pancakes 4-5"
- 3/4 cup oat flour (about 1 cup rolled oats, blended)
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop protein powder DF/GF
- 1 packet Detox Organics Chocolate Superfoods
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together.
Spray oil in a pan and pour a 4-5" dollop of pancake batter for each pancake.
Cook each pancake over medium-high heat, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve and enjoy!
