Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie

Creamy, sweet, and like having sunshine in a cup. This 5-minute Healthy Mango Banana Smoothie is one of my favorite ways to start the day! It's also perfect for a refreshing afternoon frozen treat. This smoothie recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and SO delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 12 ounces frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Combine the banana, mango chunks, plant-based milk, and coconut milk together in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and divide into glasses.
  • Enjoy!

  • Did you know that you can meal prep smoothies in advance? Blend the smoothie, then divide it into mason jars with airtight lids. Immediately place in the freezer for up to 3 months! When ready to enjoy, thaw the smoothies out for a couple of hours before or place them in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, using a spoon to break up the smoothie and stir every 15 seconds.
