  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups whole cranberries
  • 8 mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup Milo's Unsweet Tea
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • paprika to taste

Instructions

Roasted Turkey

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Prepare the turkey by rinsing and drying (add stuffing if desired).
  • Rub 1 stick of butter over the entire turkey and season to taste.
  • Place in a roasting pan with about 1" of water, then roast for about 3 1/2 hours (or about 18 minutes per pound). The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.

Citrus Tea-Glaze

  • While the turkey is roasting, make the glaze by melting the butter in a sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the fresh cranberries, cooking until they soften.
  • While the cranberries are cooking, peel the oranges and add in to the saucepan.
  • Add in Milo’s Unsweet Tea, maple syrup, and brown sugar.
  • Cook until the glaze thickens and reduces.
  • Once the turkey is finished roasting and ready to serve, pour or brush the glaze over the entire turkey.
  • Serve and enjoy!
