Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, placing on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with avocado oil and top with garlic powder and salt.
  • Toss the sweet potatoes to coat evenly.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes (or until tender).
