Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together (except for 1/2 cup of cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish or casserole dish (8x8 or 8x11).
  • Top with the remaining cheese and extra parsley, if desired.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy!

  • Adjust the spicy level by choosing a milder or spicier hot sauce to your taste!
  • Don't have sour cream? Low-fat cream cheese at room temperature works great, too.
