2 cups cooked chicken shredded 1/4 cup hot sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup light sour cream 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided 1/4 cup chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all of the ingredients together (except for 1/2 cup of cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
Place the mixture in a baking dish or casserole dish (8x8 or 8x11).
Top with the remaining cheese and extra parsley, if desired.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Adjust the spicy level by choosing a milder or spicier hot sauce to your taste!
Don't have sour cream? Low-fat cream cheese at room temperature works great, too.
