These Birria Ramen Bowls are perfect for an easy, comforting dinner recipe! Simply make the Birria meat the night before or that day in the slow cooker, then quickly put these bowls together for a dinner that everyone will love. Full of so much delicious flavor, this recipe makes for a fun twist on noodles that's loaded with yummy toppings!

Ingredients

Birria Ramen

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 2-3 medium radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • fresh cilantro to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the ramen based on the package instructions (minus the seasoning packet, if included).
  • Divide the cooked noodles into 4 bowls.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the noodle water to each bowl.
  • Heat up the Birria meat and broth, if necessary.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the Birria meat and 1 cup of the Birria broth to each bowl.
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
