  • 4 vegan naan breads
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts (optional, for garnish)


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Top each naan bread with olive oil, spinach, cheese, and mushrooms. Garnish if desired. 
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes (or until cheese is melted). Serve and enjoy!
