Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium apple

Instructions

  • Divide the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, and almond milk evenly between two mason jars.
  • Stir each jar until evenly mixed and cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, slice the apple and add it to the mason jars.
  • Enjoy!

  • You can add any additional flavors, like vanilla or nutmeg!
  • You can sweeten the oats to your preference with maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar.
  • Feel free to add dried fruit, nuts, or seeds.
  • These oats can be made individually in mason jars, or create a big batch in a bowl and store with an airtight lid!
  • Enjoy these apple pie overnight oats cold or warm! I prefer them cold, but they can also be heated up in the microwave for a few seconds (before adding the apple) to warm. You may add a little bit of extra milk if warming them up!
Note: This recipe has been updated since the making of this video and no longer includes stevia. However, feel free to use it if you want less maple syrup in the oats!
