Peanut Butter Chocolate Blender Donuts

The easiest healthy donuts with peanut butter and chocolate that are made in a blender. These chocolate treats are not only super easy to whip up but they are healthy too! Get your chocolate donut fix minus the guilt and in only 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 7 dates

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove seeds from the dates.
  • Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor. Once the ingredients are blended together, hand mix the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the donut pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure you have a donut pan to make baked donuts
  • Let the donuts cool on a cooling rack after baking
  • You can drizzle over some melted chocolate for an extra chocolate hit
  • You can store the donuts in an airtight container for around 3-5 days
  • These donuts can also be frozen
