These Healthy S'mores Banana Bites are the perfect treat! Made with sliced bananas, almond butter sandwiched in the middle, then covered in a dark chocolate magic shell and topped with graham cracker crumbs. Make these healthy frozen bites in just 5 minutes for the best snack or treat!
Spread a little bit of almond butter on half of the banana slices and top with the remaining slices to create little sandwiches.
Place the banana sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
While the bananas are freezing, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together for about 30-45 seconds in the microwave, stirring often.
Use a toothpick or spoon to dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, partially or totally covering each one.
Place back onto the baking sheet and top with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Place the baking sheet back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.

This recipe makes 8-10 banana bites, depending on how thinly the banana is sliced!
Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites are best stored in the freezer! If stored well, they can be kept in an airtight container for up to 1-2 months. When you're ready to enjoy one, simply pop it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes (to soften the bananas) before enjoying it!
