Ezekiel Bread French Toast

The most delicious Healthy French Toast made with simple ingredients including Ezekiel bread which is packed with healthy grains. This recipe is super easy to whip up and is perfect for lazy weekend breakfast or brunch with a side of eggs and hot cup of coffee. Vegetarian, Refined Sugar Free

  • 4 Slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk lite or silk
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 pkt Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch Salt
  • Cinnamon


  • Mix everything except for the Ezekiel bread together in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, covering both sides with liquid.
  • Cook each side in a skillet for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. 
  • Add syrup and enjoy!
