  • 4 slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  • Whisk all of the ingredients together except for the Ezekiel Bread.
  • Cover each side of the bread with the liquid mixture, then cook each side in a skillet (with a little bit of coconut oil) for about 1 minute (or until the mixture is cooked and lightly browned).
  • Top with syrup, fruit, or anything you want!
