Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds in the center.
Place each half face-down on a baking sheet layered with 1-inch of water.
Bake the spaghetti squash for about an hour, or until soft.
While the spaghetti squash is baking, mix the ground turkey with the egg, almond flour, and spices.
Roll into meatballs and place on an oiled baking sheet.
Once the spaghetti squash has finished baking, remove the "spaghetti" with a fork and place in meal prep containers.
Place the meatballs in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes (or until fully cooked).
Top the spaghetti squash with the meatballs, tomato sauce, and salt/pepper.
Serve and enjoy or cover with lids and save for easy meals throughout the week!
