  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves


  • Combine half of the diced red pepper, diced cucumber, chickpeas, and one tuna pouch.
