- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the shredded coconut.
Place the "dough" in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and roll into small bites with the palms of your hands.
Roll each energy bite in the shredded coconut.
Serve and enjoy or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks!
