  • 1.5 cups Nancy's Organic Whole Milk Kefir (plain)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Pour the kefir into a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!
