Creamy Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
Delicious, easy-to-make Creamy Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes that are perfect for the holidays! This yummy recipe is sure to be a hit with your guests. With just a few simple ingredients, these red mashed potatoes can be made and on the table in no time at all!

- 3 lbs red potatoes, medium 2-3"
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper to taste
- fresh basil leaves optional
Cut the red potatoes into quarters and place in a large stock pot.
Add enough water to cover the potatoes and bring to a boil.
Bring to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes (or until soft).
Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Drain any excess water.
Mash the red potatoes and add in the butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Top with fresh basil (optional) and enjoy!
